From August 15, 2025, Vietnam will welcome a new wave of international travelers as 12 European countries are added to the visa-free entry list, allowing visitors to stay for up to 45 days without a visa.
This marks a significant step in the government’s tourism stimulus program, making travel to Vietnam easier and more convenient than ever before.

Under Resolution No. 229/NQ-CP, issued on August 8, 2025, citizens from the following countries can enter Vietnam visa-free for tourism purposes, regardless of passport type:
