2. Child fare

1. A child under 3 years old is free of charge of tour fare. Excluding air fare: child fare policy of Airlines will be applied accordingly.
2. Child from 3 to 6 years old will be charged 70% of tour fare
3. Child from 7 to 10 years old will be charged 80% of tour fare

Notes:
- Fare for child is stated above will be applied provided that he/she is accompanied by at least two full paying adults and stays in the same room, shares the existing bed.
- Maximum one child (under 3 years old) is FOC, staying in the same room, sharing the existing bed with two full paying adults. The second child (under 3 years old) will be charged 50% of tour fare.
- If you require extra bed for the child, please inform us and we will advise you appropriately, including surcharges/ supplements, if any.

3. Reservation Amendments (requested by clients/customers)

Once your reservation have been confirmed by Vietspace travel. If you/clients request to make any amendment, you have to send requests to vietspace@vietspacetravel.com. We will check it out and reconfirm you by return email. All reservation amendments will be subject to changes in cost of the original itinerary.

Notes: all reservation amendments must be made in writing and sent to us at least 7 working days before tour departure. Vietspacetravel will not be responsible for any surcharges occurred after we made the changes as your request unless you received the final confirmation of amendment from us.

4. Amendment to the tour itinerary by VietSpace Travel

The company makes reasonable effort to avoid changes in itinerary. However, the company reserves the right to make minor changes at any one time without compensation and without any prior notice. 

5. Payment and Cancellation Charges for Ground services

A - Payment

1. 50% of tour fare must be made by bank transfer if a reservation is made within 45 days of the tour departure. The rest 50% of tour fare must be made by bank transfer 30 working days prior to tour departure.

2. Payment must be made in full by bank transfer if departure is less than 30 days.

B – Cancellation for Ground services

- All reservations are automatically cancelled if all payments are not received by the due date, with full loss of trip deposit (if any).

- If you/clients fail to comply with the above “Payment terms”, you are considered as released reservation unconditionally.

If there is an extraordinary case in your payment (transfer to wrong beneficiary name, payment is not enough as requested…), then you have to make the correction and pay for any surcharges occurred.

Notes: To minimize the unexpected situations, kindly send us the remittance advice (bank transfer receipt / Payment Application Form) via fax or email after you made the transfer.

Conditions of Cancellation and charge

Cancel more than 45 days prior to departure: No charge. Except for air tickets.

From 44-31 days prior to departure: charged 20% of tour fare

From 30-21 days prior to departure: charged 30% of tour fare

From 20-7 days prior to departure: charged  60% of tour fare

From 7 days to departure: charged 100% of tour fare

Conditions of Cancellation and charge

Cancel more than 50 days prior to departure: no charge. Except for air tickets

From 49-40 days prior to departure: charged 20% of tour fare

From 39-31 days prior to departure: charged 30% of tour fare

From 30-21 days prior to departure: charged  60% of tour fare

From 20 days to departure: charged 100% of tour fare

Notes: cancellation of confirmed reservation, at your request, must be made in writing, sent to us via fax or email to avoid misunderstanding. Received and reconfirmed cancellation form by Vietspace Travel to be effective.

C - Refund

All refunds will be processed in 3 months after we receive your letter of cancellation and are calculated as of the day we receive your written request.

Value of refund is subject to cancellation terms stated above after bank fee in both sides.

Non-refundable for advanced purchase such as air tickets.

There is no refund for any unused portions of a tour once it has commenced.

6. Responsibility

All possible care is taken to ensure that our services maintain the highest possible standards. However, we are not responsible in any way for problems, however they arise, that result from the booking of services we do not directly control.
Vietspace Travel shall not be responsible or become liable in contract or tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay to person or property, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to any events beyond our control.
