For bookings that include hotels reservation, to assure reservation at your preferred rooms and hotels, please book at least 21 days before tour departure during off peak season; 45 days during high season and public holiday period.

Joined-group tours are tours that depart on our fixed dates and you will be travelling with other passengers from different nationalities.
These tours are designed for individuals who wish to travel at lower rate as travelling in group.
You might book these tours as long as the calendar assigned for each tour is still opened, and it's advised to book at least 14 days in advance of tour departure date.
Following child fare is applied based on tour land fare, air fare for child is applied as airlines policy.
Child fare is applied, provided that he/she is accompanied by at least two full paying adults and stays in the same room, shares the existing bed.
Maximum one child (under 3 years old) is free of charge for every two full paying adults in each room. The second child (under 3 years old) will be charged 50% of tour fare.
If you require an extra bed for your child, child fare is considered same as adult fare.
After receiving our confirmation, if you wish to amend your booking, please send your request to vietspace@vietspacetravel.com at least 7 working days before your tour date starts.
All amendments are subject to change at the time of request and depend on ground service availability.
We will reconfirm with you by returning email and inform you accordingly if there is any surcharge.
We try our best to avoid any changes in final itinerary. However, we reserve the right to make minor changes at any time without compensation or prior notice, if there are any unavoidable changes caused by objective reasons such as timing, traffic, weather and road conditions, airlines, government circular or other conditions dictate...
In the unlikely event that such circumstances should arise, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of an alternative of equivalent quality.
There is no charge for delays in arrival and departure because of weather conditions disrupting flights or road blocks. The clients must however bear the amendment fee if incurred.
For private tour payment:
1. If a reservation is made within 45 days of the tour departure or earlier, a deposit of 50% of tour fare must be made by bank transfer or online payment to guaranty your booking. The remaining of tour fare must be made by bank transfer or online payment 30 working days prior to your tour departure.
2. Payment must be made in full by bank transfer if departure is less than 30 days.

For “One-day Private Tours” and “Joined-group Tours” payment:
Payment will be made in full at the moment of booking confirmation. The payment should be paid online or by tele-transfer (bank transfer) within 24hrs. Should you need to extend deadline of your payment, please inform us via email; however the payment should not be received later than 72hrs to guaranty your booking.
All reservations are automatically cancelled if all deposit or payments are not received by the due date.
If you failed to comply with the above “Payment terms”, it is considered to release booking reservation unconditionally. If there is an extraordinary case in your payment (transfer to wrong beneficiary name, payment is not enough as requested…), then you have to make the correction and pay for any surcharges occurred.
Note: To minimize the unexpected situations, kindly send us the remittance advice (bank transfer receipt/ payment application form) via email after you made the bank transfer.

(1) The refunded amount that being transferred back to your account will be deducted for any transaction fee(s) that might occur.
Please note that above conditions do not apply for air tickets cancellation/amendment. Air ticket cancellation is applied as per airlines’ policy.
Cancellation of confirmed reservation at your request must be made in writing sent to us via email to avoid misunderstanding. Acknowledged by Vietspace Travel to be effective.
In event of force majeure events cause you to cancel your trip such as unfortunately illness (with medical report), natural disaster… And your cancellation falls under period that is charged as mentioned above; we will be flexible to waive the normal cancellation charge, provided with a report/proof from you for cancellation. However, please understand that there will be an administration fee of $200.00 each Private Package Tours/ Joined-Group Tours booking and $50.00 each One-day Tour booking. This fee does not include cancellation fee from airlines and local suppliers, for example hotels, car rental… if there are.
Should we cancel a tour as a result of any of any mentioned objective reasons, a refund will be made to the customer for all services that are not delivered. No additional compensation will be paid over and above the total sum received from you.
We require you to take out travel insurance and any other necessary insurances adequate to meet your needs and will assume that you will have done so before your arrival in Vietnam or our service destinations.
Issued air tickets and flights are governed and determined by Airlines.
In most cases, airfares are fully non-refundable and non-transferable.
Airline charges either part or full cancellation fees may apply to your particular airfare. Our Travel Consultant will help you wherever possible within these terms and conditions.
All refunds will be processed within 3 months after we receive your letter of cancellation and are calculated as of the day we receive your written request. The time that need for amount to be banked in to your account may vary, depend on the transaction that made by your local bank and intermediate bank.
Value of refund is subject to cancellation terms stated above after bank fee in both sides.
There will be no refund for any unused services of a tour once it has commenced.
All possible care is taken to ensure that our services maintain the highest possible standards. However, we are not responsible in any way for problems that arise, result from the booking of services we do not directly control.
Vietspace Travel shall not be responsible or become liable in contract for any injury, damage, loss, delay to person or property, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to any events beyond our control.
