The highlights of this trip:
Arrival in Lao Cai train station early in the morning, transfer to local restaurant nearby to the station and head the road to Y Ty (100km). On the way, you can enjoy the majestic scenery of green fields and huge mountain. Visit Lung Po junction – where the Red River starts to flow into Vietnam. Arrival in Y Ty village around noon time, check-in homestay.
Freely discover the daily life of Ha Nhi people here as well as shooting photo of beautiful cloud above the rice terraced and mountain (Chances to see clouds depend on each day and its climate). Overnight at homestay.
Get up early in morning to see the amazing and heavenly cloudy scene. Join in special market of local people on every Saturday. Transfer to Muong Hum valley – the most famous destination of Western North of Vietnam. On the way to Den Sang, Muong Hum and Ban Khoang you have chance to cross the forest and fields, you can enjoy sightseeing. Back to Sa Pa. Have lunch on the way.
Arrival in Sapa town in the afternoon. Free at leisure to experience around Sapa town and night life. Overnight at hotel in Sapa
Leaving Sapa in the morning, transfer by road about 16 km to Tram Ton with a stop at Silver Waterfall. Start your journey to conquer Fansipan - the highest summit in Vietnam and Indochina peninsula (3,143 metres), located in the Hoang Lien Son mountain range.
Trekking from Tram Ton (1,957m) for about 2,5 hours through fairly good trail way, make the first stop at the height of 2,200m, near a little stream for your lunch break.
Afternoon trek gets tougher as the trail winds its way on steep mountain sides through bamboo forest mostly uphill for nearly 4 hours. Arrive to the camp-site at 2800m peak at about 17:30. Relax and free to explore the wild surrounding while supporting team set up tents and prepare dinner.
After breakfast at camping site, you will continue the trip to conquer Fansipan peak, also known as the roof of Indochina. Taking photographs and celebrating your victory upon reaching the summit. Then take the cable car back to Sapa town. Have lunch at local restaurant.
Spend free time in the afternoon to explore Sapa town. Transfer to Lao Cai train station for the night train back to Ha Noi.
