Stop to visit Hoan Kiem lake and Ngoc Son Temple. Over night in Hanoi.

Head to Halong, on the way, stop for a visit at Dong Trieu ceramics. Arrive and embark on cruise and start a 2 days 1 night visiting Ha Long Bay, a World Heritage by UNESCO. The cruise will pass into the magical bay, where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the waves like dragons' teeth. Lunch will be served on board.

Discover the lives of the villagers by joining in agricultural activities, gardening activities and a short cooking class. Enjoy your own dish from the class at lunch time with significant dishes such as spring rolls, “Banh Xeo” – the traditional crepe and “Tam Huu” – a local specialty of shrimp, pork and herbs.

Depart Ho Chi Minh city for Ben Tre - the town that is known as the region of fruits and coconut trees. Take a boat trip on the Mekong River to visit local houses to discover the work and daily life of the people there. Visit a workshop to learn more about the making of rice cake, coconut milk canday, popped rice cake.

After lunch, continue the journey along the canal on a small sampan which is used by local for their daily transportation through small and narrow cannals network. 

Discover the village on bike or motorbike then back to Ho Chi Minh city.
