Itinerary

Installation at the hotel. 

Option: Transfer from the airport to the hotel with supplement

Discover Hanoi with the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum from the outside, the House on Stilts, the One Pillar Pagoda and the Temple of Literature - the first national university of Vietnam. Lunch at the local restaurant. 

Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda and enjoy a Cyclo ride from the Old Town of Hanoi to the Lake of the Hoa Kiem lake. Be amazed by the well-known Water Puppet show. Night at the hotel

Morning departure for Ha Long, one of Vietnam’s wonders that is recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in 1994. En the way, stop at a ceramic factory in Dong Trieu. Arrive and board onto the junk to start cruising on Ha Long Bay. Seafood will be served for lunch on board.

Cruise in the spectacular seascape of limestone pillars of Ha Long, visit one of the caves to explore its beauty. Dinner and overnight on board

Continue the journey by cruising through the natural rock formations of Ha Long. Brunch will be served on board as the junk sails in the middle of the magnificent bay. Disembark and drive through the impressive scenery of the Red River to Ninh Binh – “Ha Long Bay on land”.

Arrive and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Enjoy a rowing boat tour through the middle of rice fields and rocky peaks, discover the Trang An Landscape Complex that is listed in UNESCO’s World Cultural and Natural Heritage. Enjoy goat specialty of the local for lunch. Take a bike ride to contemplate the natural beauty of the landscape by immersing yourself into the calmness of Ninh Binh’s countryside.

Transfer to Ninh Binh station. Board for the train to Dong Hoi (Cabin of 4 berths with soft mattresses and air-conditioned room). Overnight at the hotel.

Early arrival at Dong Hoi Station. Transfer for breakfast and then visit Phong Nha Cave, one of UNESCO’s World Natural Heritage since 2003. Enjoy an excursion about 700 meters by boat, a hike of 200 meters to explore the remains of the Chams’ altars and the beauty of the cave. Lunch during the visit. 

In the afternoon, leisure time to explore. Overnight at the hotel.

Depart for Hue with a stop at Vinh Moc tunnels that is located in North side of Hue. These tunnels provide a glimpse of Vietnam’s history, what Vietnamese people experienced during the second decade of the Vietnam War. Lunch at a local restaurant. 

As the former imperial capital of Vietnam from 1802 to 1945, the charming city of Hue has a rich historical heritage with mausoleums of emperors, Tu Hieu Pagoda and Tu Duc’s tomb. Stop at incense and conical hats making to learn more about the process of these special Vietnamese products. Overnight at the hotel

Take a boat cruise to the Perfume River to the Thien Mu Pagoda. Visit the Imperial City that is listed as an UNESCO World Heritage Site. Take a stroll through Dong Ba local market, one of the symbols of the poetic city of Hue. Lunch at the local restaurant.

Depart to Hoi An via Hai Van Pass. Hoi An is known for its historical value and charm, also is well-preserved as an UNESCO World Heritage destination. Night at the hotel.

Explore the ancient city of Hoi An through a walking tour into the city to admire the splendid blend of architecture styles in Hoi An from the 17th century to the 19th century. Visit Hoi An’s attractions such as the 400-years-old Japanese bridge, the Old House, the Common Houses of the Chinese Congregations and a silk workshop. Hoi An is lighted up by the lively colors of lanterns all day round. Lunch at the local restaurant and try out “Cao Lau” – Hoi An’s signature dish.

Transfer to Danang airport to fly to Saigon. Arrive and welcomed by the local guide. Night at the hotel.

Stroll through Cho Lon Market in the ancient Chinatown, visit Thien Hau Pagoda, Hai Thuong Lan Ong Street that is specializing in Chinese herbal medicine. Then visit Cha Tam (St. Francis Xavier) Church that is built in the late 19th century. Afterward, visit the wholesale market of Soai Kinh Lam and a lacquerware factory. Lunch at the local restaurant.

Continue with a visit of Dong Khoi Street (Catinat street), the Post Office that is embedded with the French architecture at the end of the 19th century and the pagoda of the emperor of Jade. Night at the hotel.

Road to Cai Be. Arrive and board the boat for a cruise on the Mekong. Walk in a craft village. Visit a candy factory with coconut milk, pop rice cakes. Lunch at local homestay.

Visit a traditional house with tasting of seasonal fruits while listening to music from the delta. Road to Can Tho. Night at the hotel.

Take a boat trip to the famous Cai Rang Floating Market, one of the largest markets on the Mekong Delta, where hundreds of goods are exchanged by boats. Head to Chau Doc and have lunch at a local restaurant.

Visit the beautiful Phuoc Dien Pagoda (also known as Chua Hang) that is located at the top of Chau Doc Hill, offering an impressive and breathtaking view. Overnight at the hotel.

Boarding by express boat to reach Phnom Penh. Stopover for paperwork formalities before crossing the border. 

Arrive and welcomed by the local guide. Phnom Penh is the capital of Cambodia since 1866 during the reign of Norodom I. The capital is located at the confluence of the impressive Mekong River, Bassac River and Tonle Sap. Enjoy lunch then visit the Royal Palace and its Silver Pagoda as well as the National Museum. Night at the hotel. 

Visit the central market and the old prison (S21) that is transformed into a museum of genocide. Head to Siem Reap with a stop at Skun,
known for its grilled spider vendors. Visit the Naga Bridge of Kampong Kdei. Have lunch.

Arrive in Siem Reap at the end of the day. The city of Siem Reap is about 10kms away from the archaeological complex of Angkor. Travelers visit the temples of Angkor normally stay in Siem Riep. Night at the hotel

The Temples of Angkor: The mythical city of Angkor was the capital of the Khmer Empire for more than 500 years, from the 9th to the 14th century. Throughout this period, many Khmer kings successively built a large number of big-sized and small-sized temples that are mainly in large and intricately carved blocks of stones. These temples are placed under the shade of centenary trees and in the middle of luxuriant vegetations. Visit the most impressive of them all, the Angkor Wat Temples, an UNESCO World Heritage. At lunch, have a taste of “A-mok” – a local specialty.

Then explore the Pink Sandstone Temple of Banteay Srei, the temple that is dedicated to women. On the way back, stopover to learn more about the manufacturing process of silk using traditional methods. Overnight at the hotel.

Discover Angkor in Tuk-tuk. Head to the Temples of Preah Khan and Neak Pean, a small-sized Buddhist Temple for purification rituals.
Continue the journey, visit the temples of Thommanon and Chau Say Tevoda and the monastery Ta Prohm. Enjoy lunch

Then go on to discover the Southern Gate of Angkor Thom: the Bayon and its 216 faces, the Elephants terrace and the King leper’s terrace. Watch the sunset from the Pre Rup Temple. Overnight at the hotel.

Discover the floating villages of Tonle Sap Lake. Take a beautiful boat trip to observe the life of the local people, the houses on stilts and enjoy the view of the breath-taking landscapes. Enjoy lunch and end of our services.
